Madera was created by bringing together two areas of expertise that are rarely found within the same company.
On one side is years of experience in the design, production and installation of bespoke furniture, and on the other, extensive expertise in managing complex technical projects, coordinating teams and overseeing processes in an international environment.

His focus is on client communication, coordinating all project stakeholders and creating an experience where clients feel confident throughout every stage of the process.

After years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke furniture, Petar now leads the technical side of every project. His expertise covers every stage of the process—from the initial concept and design development to the final on-site installation. He pays particular attention to functionality, craftsmanship and detail, believing that these are what ultimately define the long-term value of every space.
Project
manager
A qualified civil engineer with experience in planning and managing projects in the private sector. He oversees the entire process, from preparation and scheduling to budget control, construction and final project handover. He coordinates contractors, suppliers and clients, paying close attention to deadlines, quality and every detail that keeps a project on track.
